Product Description
A stainless steel replica of a 9th century two-handed Viking axe.
Though Viking raiders are often depicted with an ax and shield combination, two-handed axes were one of the most feared weapons attributed to them. These axes could tear through shields, helmets, and armour with easy, serving both bludgeoning and slashing damage at once. While defense was nearly impossible with this type of weapon, this combat style was often attributed to mythical berserker fighters, who would just keep slashing and cutting until they could no longer stand, taking out droves of opponents all at once.
This is a blade worthy of no less than a Norse god and fighter.
