Sir William Marshal was one of England’s most famous knights and described by the Archbishop of Canterbury as the “best knight that ever lived”. By the time of his death in 1219 he was referred to throughout Europe as “The Marshal”.
The Sir William Marshal Sword is inspired by the one that he is holding in his tomb effigy at Temple Church, London.
This item comes with a matching leather scabbard. Although well-made and durable, this sword is meant only for light use in re-enactment/MMA.
