This is a stylistic replica of an 8th century bearded axe.

This axe first appeared as. early as the 6th century but was not prevalent in this style until roughly the 8th century, which the beard of the axe was curved enough to allow for disarming opponents with on move while still being able to serve heavy slashes. This axe is engraved with Viking symbology and engravings popular in fighting weapons.

This has a stainless steel head and a wooden handle.
