Product Description
Our Robert the Bruce Helmet is a replica of the bascinet worn by the Robert the Bruce on his famous statue at the Bannockburn battlefield site. It is an accurate replica of a helmet from this period and features a chainmail aventail to protect the neck and is mounted with a brass crown. This helmet is hand crafted in 18 gauge steel and comes complete with a separate padded lining cap which can be glued in if required. Not recommended for contact re-enactment.
