This dagger is a replica the Valyrian Steel dagger used in the attempted assassination of Bran Stark. This dagger appears through the Game of Thrones series, as well as House of the Dragon.
This dagger originally belonged to House Targaryen and was made from dragonbone, dragonglass, and Valyrian Steel. This dagger was originally passed through Aenar Targaryen’s line before Aegon the Conqueror had the lines “From my blood will come the Prince That Was Promised, and his will be the Song of Ice and Fire” after witnessing a prophetic dream which he believed meant the Targaryen house would unite all of Westeros under their banner.
After the fall of House Targaryen, this dagger eventually landed in the hands of a catspaw, who attempted to kill Bran Stark and ultimately incited the war of Five Kings.
This dagger comes with a wooden wall plaque for mounting.
