Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return the product. At The Knight’s Vault, we offer a 14-day refund policy for any undamaged items, however, due to the high costs incurred, we request that any shipping costs are incurred by the customers. Once the item has been returned, a full refund will issued immediately.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged or otherwise different to the one purchased, we will offer a full refund or exchange free of charge, and will organise collection and shipment of a new item immediately.
