Handmade Wooden Quaich

Product Description

A Quaich is a traditional Scottish drinking cup, commonly used in wedding ceremonies and given as a gift to mark special occasions.

Each quaich is hand turned on the lathe and then finished off with hand tools.

All of the Quaichs are made from locally sourced wood with much of it coming from within a few miles of the craftsmans work shop.

Quaichs are presented in a branded cotton drawstring bag . Along side the quaich, there is a scroll detailing the history and cultural significance of the quaich.

Each Quaich is unique adding to the authenticity and charm.
